If you’re plan the beat the heat was to visit the beach at Port Burwell Provincial Park…think again.
Southwestern Public Health says this weeks testing shows high levels of E.coli bacteria, testing in the red range meaning it is not safe to swim.
Exposure could lead to intestinal illnesses or infections in you eyes, ears, nose or throat.
The closure effects just the provincial park in Port Burwell, the East Beach tested green and is safe for swimming.
The remainder of public beaches in the area are also safe to go for a dip.
