On Sunday, April 5, 2020 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment responded to a 9-1-1 emergency call for a family dispute at a Simcoe, Norfolk County address.

A 14-year-old male had become involved in a verbal altercation after accusing his mother of taking his marihuana at which time 9-1-1 was contacted.

Officers arrived at the address and separated both individuals. Investigators determined that no injuries were sustained as a result of this incident.
