Country 107.3 just might have your Fur-Ever Friend! Listen Fridays as Country 107.3 together with Oxford County Animal Rescue, showcases a dog or cat who is ready to find their forever home.

Axel is a 10 year old grey brindle Shihtzu cross. He is a quiet boy who likes to be near his humans. He likes his walks several times a day and is quite active. He gets super excited when new people come to visit and will jump up, but does settle after a while. He likes to play fetch with his toys and will just run up and down the hall when he’s got a burst of energy. He will bark a little, but quiets down when asked to. He likes to cuddle on your lap and will ask for permission before doing so. He is good when left alone and completely house trained. He does have a collapsed trachea and will cough, but the vet tells us this is nothing that needs treatment, and must use a harness to prevent the pulling on his throat from a collar. He does have a chicken allergy, so any other protein in his diet is a must. He loves to sleep on his foster mom’s bed and settles quickly and sleeps the full night. He is up to date with his vaccines, neutered, flea treated and heartworm negative.
