A new study from InsuranceHotline.com looked at the details entered by car insurance shoppers to calculate the highest averages in tickets, at-fault collisions, or both, on a driver’s record to determine which City has the worst drivers in Ontario. It looks like overall, the Friendly City has the 3rd worst drivers in the Province.
