On Saturday, September 12, 2020, at approximately 11:04 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a theft at a Mall Road, Windham, Norfolk County address.

 

It was determined that between 6:00 a.m., and 10:00 a.m., unknowns attended the address and entered a bunk house located on the property. Once inside, unknowns removed approximately $10,000 in Canadian currency. It was discovered that several victims had money stolen from their belongings while they were outside working.

 

Members of the Norfolk County OPP are continuing to investigate and is seeking the public’s assistance with this investigation. If anyone has any information they are being asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
