We all have different versions of self-care. For me, ordering some meals for the week from a meal prep service is something I’ve been doing for the past 5 years.

Cooking isn’t really my thing, and quite frankly, cooking for one is boring and leaves me with a lot of food waste. I would rather spend my time out doing things with Otis and my friends.

On days that feel very full, I’m grateful to come home and not have to worry about what to eat. I’m also grateful that I’m in a position that I can purchase healthy meals for myself because I know that’s not the case for everyone.
