Health Canada is recalling a brand of baby sleepers because they don’t meet flammability requirements.
Sleeveless Bamboo Sleepbag TOG 0.6 made of 70% rayon from bamboo and 30% cotton are the subject of the recall.
Health Canada testing found the sleepers were loose-fitting and therefore at greater risk of contacting an ignition source.
So far, there have no reports of injury.
About 260 of the sleepers were sold in Canada between May 2018 and February of this year.
